Bombay High Court Further Extends Life of All Interim Orders Till August 13 - (05 Jul 2021)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court has extended the life of all interim orders till August 13, 2021 or until further orders, unless specifically dealt with by a judicial order to the contrary due to Maharashtra's current and anticipated Covid-19 situation. The Court has further extended all orders or decrees for eviction, dispossession or demolition after April 9 should be kept in abeyance as per the Court's previous orders.
