Ministry of Consumer Affairs Issues Draft Rules for Regulation of Direct Selling Companies - (05 Jul 2021)

CONSUMER

Ministry of Consumer Affairs has issued draft rules for mandatory registration of direct selling companies such as Amway, Oriflame, Tupperware and similar entities in India and has also proposed mechanisms to protects the direct sellers or agents and make the companies accountable to consumers.
