CESTAT, Delhi: Finished Goods Not Liable for Confiscation in Absence of Any Finding - (05 Jul 2021)

EXCISE

Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Delhi has ruled that the finished goods are not liable for confiscation in absence of any finding of attempted clandestine removal of excisable goods.
