Madras HC Directs State to Pay Compensation to Husband of Woman Who Died - (02 Jul 2021)

Madras High Court has directed the State Government to pay Rs. 5,00,000/- compensation to the husband of a woman who died due to non-availability of ambulance at a Primary Health Centre (PHC) and the resultant delay in shifting her to the Medical College for proper treatment.
