CIC Issues Notice to Tihar over Not Disclosing Information - (17 Feb 2016)

Central Information Commission (CIC) has upheld dowry convict's right to freedom and issued a showcause notice to Tihar authorities for allegedly suppressing information. Convict is visually impaired and has been given a go ahead by CIC to access his medical records.
