Kerala High Court Denies Bail to Man Who Injures Two Policemen - (01 Jul 2021)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has denied bail to a man who brutally injured a couple of Police Officers who stopped him for not wearing a mask. The Court has observed that he was not eligible to be released on bail considering the nature of his offence and the fact that one of the police officials sustained very serious injuries.
