Rajasthan HC Dismisses Plea for Declaration of Unaccredited Journalist as Frontline Health Workers - (01 Jul 2021)

Rajasthan High Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation seeking declaration of non-accredited journalists as frontline health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Court has observed that the same is a policy matter that has to be decided by the executive and the Courts need not interfere in it.
