Madras HC: Limitation for Presenting Documents Not for Order or Decree by Court - (01 Jul 2021)

Madras High Court has held that the limitation prescribed under Section 23 of the Registration Act, 1908, for presenting documents will not stand attracted insofar as an order or decree passed by a Court is concerned.
