Madras HC Seeks Response on Plea Challenging Move to Assess NEET Impact on Socially Backward - (30 Jun 2021)

Madras High Court has directed the Tamil Nadu Government to file its counter-affidavit on a plea challenging its decision to set up a committee for the purpose of ascertaining whether the NEET based admission process has prejudicially affected socially backward students.
