SC Issues Notice on Sister's Plea Challenging Quashing of KCOCA Charges Against Accused - (30 Jun 2021)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has issued notice on a special leave petition filed by filmmaker Kavita Lankesh challenging a judgment of the Karnataka High Court which quashed the charges under Karnataka Control of Organised Crimes Act, 2000 (KCOCA) against accused Mohan Nayak in the Gauri Lankesh murder cases.
