National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Orders Liquidation of Nakshatra World - (29 Jun 2021)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai has ordered the liquidation of Nakshatra World, a subsidiary of Gitanjali Gems, one of the group companies promoted by fugitive businessman Mehul Choksi, in an insolvency petition filed by ICICI Bank, which was also allegedly involved in a money laundering case reported at the Punjab National Bank.
