SC: IMPOSSIBLE TO ADOPT UNIFORM SCHEME FOR ASSESSMENT FOR ALL STATE BOARDS IN COUNTRY - (24 Jun 2021)

Education

Supreme Court has observed that it is impossible to have a uniform scheme for assessment for all state boards in the country, stating that that each board is autonomous and different and hence the Court cannot direct adoption of a uniform scheme.
