Delhi High Court Rejects Plea Seeking NIA Probe in JNU Sedition Case - (16 Feb 2016)

Delhi HC has rejected petition seeking NIA probe in JNU sedition case in which anti-India slogans were allegedly raised, saying the plea was premature as police is already investigating the matter.
