P&H HC : Any Reduction in Sentence of Rape Convicts Would be an Anathema to the Very Concept of Law - (16 Feb 2016)

Punjab and Haryana HC, while making it clear that there is no room for leniency towards people convicted of rape, has held that "any reduction in sentence of rape convicts would be an anathema to the very concept of law".
