Delhi HC: Foreign State Cannot Claim Sovereign Immunity Against Enforcement of Arbitral Award - (23 Jun 2021)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that a Foreign State cannot claim sovereign immunity under Section 86 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 against enforcement of an Arbitral Award arising out of a commercial transaction.
