Calcutta HC Refuses to Recall Order Asking NHRC to Examine Post Poll Violence Complaints - (22 Jun 2021)

CRIMINAL

Calcutta High Court has refused to recall its 18th June, 2021 order directing the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to constitute a committee for examining complaints filed by persons displaced during post-poll violence in West Bengal.
