Bombay HC: Nashik Jail Superintendent’s Order Rejecting Parole to Convicts Quashed - (21 Jun 2021)

Bombay High Court has quashed and set aside an order of the Superintendent of Nashik Open District Prison that rejected the application for emergency parole of four convicts.
