Supreme Court Refuses to Halt Demolition of Settlements in Faridabad Khori Gaon - (18 Jun 2021)

Supreme Court has refused to halt demolition of 10,000 houses that has been planned by the Municipal Corporation of Faridabad at Khori Gaon in Faridabad, Haryana. The Court has directed the removal of encroachments on the forest land within 6 weeks.
