Telangana High Court Grants Relief to M/s. National Remote Sensing Agency - (18 Jun 2021)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Telangana High Court has imposed Rs. 10,000 Cost of Goods and Services Tax Department, granting relief to the M/s. National Remote Sensing Agency (NRSA) as it has had no intention to evade service tax.
