Bombay HC Orders Police to Register FIR in Gurgaon Encounter - (16 Feb 2016)

Bombay HC has directed Mumbai police to register an First Information Report (FIR) against Gurgaon police team that killed a noted gangster in an alleged encounter and then investigate.
