Madras HC: Applications Under Maintenance Act to be Disposed Of in Two Months - (16 Jun 2021)

Madras High Court has directed the Chief Secretary to issue a circular instructing all Collectors and revenue officials in the State to dispose of in two months the applications and appeals filed under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act of 2007.
