Supreme Court Upholds Army's Policy Of Preferential Promotion - (15 Feb 2016)

SC, while backing Army's policy of preferential promotion to those in combat units, has directed Government to create 141 extra posts of Colonel to accommodate those who could not be promoted because of the policy.
