Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Initiation of Anti-Dumping Probe on Imports of Solar Cells - (15 Jun 2021)

Delhi High Court issued the notice to the Government in a Plea file by Solar Power Developers Association assailing the initiation of an anti-dumping probe on imports of solar cells exported from China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
