Gujarat HC: No Express Bar of Application of Anticipatory Bail to Children in Conflict with Law - (14 Jun 2021)

CRIMINAL

Gujarat High Court has observed that there is no express bar of application of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to the children in conflict with law as covered by the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015.
