Bombay High Court: Doctors Cannot be Held Responsible for Non-Availability of Medicine - (11 Jun 2021)

Bombay High Court has observed that doctors could not be held responsible for failing to administer covid-19 drugs to patients if the medicines were unavailable owing to their short supply.
