Bombay HC: Centre Making Delayed Decisions on Fight Against Covid-19 Pandemic - (10 Jun 2021)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court has observed that the Centre was making decisions for the public benefit in a Public Interest Litigation seeking door-to-door vaccination for the elderly and immobile. However, those decisions seemed delayed in the current scenario where a "surgical strike" on the virus is required.
