Supreme Court Seeks Response from Centre on Implementation of Government Ads Guidelines - (17 Aug 2015)

Supreme Court has sought response from Central Government as to whether it has set up Three-Member Ombudsman to regulate advertisements given by various governments and authorities n pursuance of its guidelines on the Government Ads.
