Kerala HC: False Accusation of Impotency by Spouse Amounts to Cruelty - (08 Jun 2021)

Kerala High Court has held that casting aspersions of impotency or erectile dysfunction by one spouse against other in matrimonial proceedings will constitute as mental cruelty.
