Delhi HC Issues Notice in Appeal Challenging Collection of Fees from Students - (08 Jun 2021)

Delhi High Court has issued notice in appeals filed by Delhi Government and students challenging the single judge bench decision allowing private schools from collecting Annual Charges and Development Fees from students in lockdown.
