Madras HC Directs Puducherry Govt to Release Payments Due to Private Medical Colleges - (07 Jun 2021)

Madras High Court has directed the Puducherry Government to release payments due to the private medical colleges on a priority basis so that the treatment rendered to Covid-19 patients is not compromised by the private organizations for lack of funds.
