SC Dismisses Plea Challenging Delhi HC Order Granting Pre-Arrest Bail to Varun Hiremath - (04 Jun 2021)

Supreme Court has dismissed the petition challenging the Delhi High Court's order granting pre-arrest bail to TV journalist Varun Hiremath accused of raping a 22 year old woman in Delhi.
