Delhi HC Directs on Accepting Electronic Filing of Caveats on E-Filing Portal - (04 Jun 2021)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has directed the District and Sessions Judge (Headquarters) to ensure that as long as the e-filing portal of the Delhi District Courts is functional, it accepts electronic filing of Caveats in a plea raising grievance that the e-filing portal of the Delhi District Courts is not permitting electronic filing of Caveats.
