Bombay HC: Central Government to Take Responsibility for Provision of Faulty Ventilators - (03 Jun 2021)

Bombay High Court has said the Central Government, which provided at least 133 of 150 'defective' ventilators to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) at Aurangabad, will have to take responsibility if the ventilators cause any loss of life.
