Delhi High Court Quashes Termination and Directs Reinstatement of Air India Pilots - (02 Jun 2021)

Delhi High Court has quashed the Air India’s decision on termination of services of pilots including contractual ones due to financial difficulties in August, 2020 and has directed their reinstatement with back wages.
