Allahabad HC Seeks Reply From BHU over Magsaysay’s Petition - (15 Feb 2016)

Allahabad High Court has asked Banaras Hindu University (BHU) authorities to file a counter affidavit on a petition filed by Magsaysay Award-winning social activist Sandeep Pandey, who was recently sacked as a visiting faculty member for alleged “anti-national activities”.
