Delhi HC Permits Witness to be Re-Examined in Rape Case Alleging Farooqui's Involvement - (15 Feb 2016)

Delhi HC has allowed a prosecution witness to be re-examined before the trial court in case in which an American researcher was allegedly raped by film maker Mahmood Farooqui.
