SC Directs Uploading of Information of Children Orphaned After March 2020 - (31 May 2021)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has directed the district authorities under the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 to immediately upload information of children who have become orphans after March 2020, and immediately take charge of such children and attend to their basic needs without waiting for any further orders of this court.
