NGT Raps Railways over Human Defecation on Tracks - (15 Feb 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has rapped Railways over human defecation sand other waste on tracks and also directed authorities in Delhi to expeditiously decide on rehabilitation of slum clusters located near railway tracks.
