Karnataka High Court Extends Deadline Given to Subordinate Courts for Cases Disposals by 3 Months - (26 May 2021)

CIVIL

Karnataka High Court has extended by three months the time bound schedule fixed for District and Trial courts to dispose of cases within a specified period, due to the prevalent situation of Covid-19 in the State.
