Delhi HC: Eateries On Pavements Without Permit are Encroachers - (15 Feb 2016)

Delhi HC has observed that eateries on pavements without proper licence are encroaching upon footpaths and sought responses of Delhi Government and municipal bodies on what action has been taken against such entities.
