SC Issues Notice on PIL Seeking Compensation and Rehabilitation of Victims of West Bengal Riots - (25 May 2021)

Supreme Court has issued notice on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking compensation and rehabilitation of the victims of the alleged state sponsored violence which took place in West Bengal after the declaration of assembly election results.
