Delhi HC Seeks Response From L-G, MHA over Odd-Even Scheme - (12 Feb 2016)

Delhi HC has sought response from L-G Najeeb Jung and Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on PIL which alleges that Government has maliciously misdirected themselves to cut the number of vehicles on road instead of enforcing pollution control rules.
