NCLT Asks DHFL Administrator to Place Kapil Wadhawan's Offer Before CoC - (20 May 2021)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai Bench has asked the administrator of Dewan Housing Finance (DHFL) to place the offer of erstwhile promoter Kapil Wadhawan before the Committee of Creditors.
