Delhi High Court: Why Are Sainik Farm RWAs Charging Entry Fees in Colony? - (20 May 2021)

Delhi High Court has asked Delhi Police and South Delhi Municipal Corporation that how two Residents Welfare Associations (RWA’s) of Sainik Farms in South Delhi were charging entry fees from commercial vehicles as well as ambulances without permission from the authorities.
