Delhi High Court: Treat Judicial Officers as Frontline Staff - (20 May 2021)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court while expressing concern over the working conditions of the subordinate judiciary has said that the Government should consider declaring them as frontline workers owing to the nature of their duties. The High Court observed that the three judicial officers had already died after contracting the virus in the national capital.
