Delhi HC Directs Politicians to Surrender Hoarded Medicines to DGHS for Treatment of Poor - (18 May 2021)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has stated that politicians have no business to hoard medicines, directing that such medicines must be surrendered to Director General of Health Services for distributing the same to Government Hospitals for the Treatment of poor and needy persons.
