HP HC Quashes FIR Against 2 Persons for Allegedly Blocking National Highway, Shimla - (17 May 2021)

CRIMINAL

Himachal Pradesh High Court has quashed FIR registered against two persons for being members of an unlawful assembly which allegedly blocked National Highway, Shimla thereby causing wrongful restraint.
