Karnataka HC Directs State to Consider Suggestions Made by Inquiry Panel on Oxygen Shortage - (13 May 2021)

Karnataka High Court has directed the State Government to consider the suggestions made by the committee of Karnataka State Legal Service Authority, headed by retired judge A N Venugopal Gowda, in its fact finding report submitted to the court in relation to the incident of 24 people dying at a hospital in Chamarajanagar district due to shortage of Oxygen.
