Allahabad HC: Deaths of Persons Suspected to be Covid Positive to be Computed as Covid-Deaths - (12 May 2021)

CIVIL

Allahabad High Court has directed that deaths of persons who were suspected to be affected by the Covid-19 virus after antigen tests will be computed as Covid-deaths for the purposes of maintaining records and disposal of bodies.
