Allahabad High Court Stays Coercive Action Against Lucknow's Sun Hospital - (12 May 2021)

Allahabad High Court has directed that no coercive measures shall be taken against Lucknow's Sun Hospital and its staff pursuant to a First Information Report lodged for allegedly raising "false rumours" about oxygen shortage.
